Is that the word Carnie as in carnival worker??  or is it supposed to be canary, as in he sings like a canary?

If I said "canary", would you agree?  ;D

I'm talking about a carnival worker. He sounds just like the guy that yells "Step right up folks!!"

I heard a snippet of this song during this past weekend's new episode of "Entourage."
 
That was all it took to have it stuck in my head for the rest of the night.
