I want to know about this "film" he did. My guess it that Dean had a video camera in hand while Weiland was gearing up for the tour and dying his head. I think that's the film he's talking about.

Plot summary: Some of music's most respected artists from Tom Waits, Iggy Pop, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Scott Weiland to Steve Earle, John Doe, and The Counting Crows have declared Bob Forrest as one of the most talented songwriters of our time. His band, Thelonious Monster, started in the mid 80's as indie-rock heroes, played thousands of shows - some brilliant some train wrecks, made a few records and ultimately watched their friends and peers catapult to fame and fortune while they fell behind in a chaotic mess of addiction.
