If you're from LA, you may have heard a beloved food critic passed away this past weekend.  Jonathan Gold.  Guy one a pulitzer for his food critique. 

Anyways...... a long time ago he was a music critic and wrote a cover story on STP in 1993 for SPIN.  I thought he did a nice job here.  During this time they were bashed by the press.  Enjoy.
