"Out of Time" solo was played with Scott

Just randomly discovered while watching video of an STP show I went to in October 2010 that during a jam after "Still Remains" Dean played the guitar solo for "Out of Time."  Watch between 6:42 and 6:58.

Those little jams they were doing back then were more musically interesting than the stuff that ended up on ST and High Rise. Also the tempo on 'Still Remains' here is far too slowww...

I've heard him do this before with that twangy lick at the end of Hickory Dichotomy -- he used to play that in between songs at shows before it was recorded there.

Also, he used to throw in the Ride The Cliche riff in other songs sometimes -- although in that case, it was after Tiny Music was out, so it was more of a nod to that song for the fans who bought that album.

he almost always did it at the end of plush. dean has a lot of little riffs he repeats a lot.

That's where it was, good call. Yeah, I bet he has a lot of riffs saved up that may or may not get used in future songs.

Another one I've heard him bust out between songs is the first few notes of the solo to It Doesn't Seem To Matter (AoA).

Indeed he does.  There is a little riff near the end of the Sin solo that he has done a number of times in other songs too.  Most notably right before the end of the Roadhouse Blues solo/jam with Robby Krieger.

This sounds more like that little run from the Take a Load Off solo than the one from Out of Time. They are very similar though. As discussed above, Dean tends to repeat himself.

What about the very beginning and again @ 7:27. Anyone else hear a tiny bit of "Only Dying"?
