They sounded good. Chester sounds has developed some sort of gritty voice for the Core-era songs. Sounded good, but you know he doesn't normally sound like that so you may or may not dig it.
They had two main stages, so Godsmack was getting ready to come on after STP. I mention that because the crowd kept getting smaller and smaller. It could have been to get over to the other side for Godsmack, or it could have been that people weren't digging it much.
I thought they sounded really good. Chester hits all the notes he needs to hit. But there's that ever-present obvious x-factor missing. I think it will always be that way.
